International: We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $249.

Important Note for Orders to Israel:

Australia Post: Currently, Australia Post has halted all shipments to Israel. Orders in transit will be returned to the sender.

DHL: DHL remains our only courier service to Israel at this time. Shipping costs via DHL are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that deliveries to Israel may face extended shipping times.

 

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched from our South Australia warehouse within 1–3 business days upon confirmation. The shipping timeline commences once the package departs from our facility.

• Orders submitted after 2pm AEST from Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day.

• Orders received after noon AEST on Friday or over the weekend will start being processed the following Monday. Should Monday be a public holiday, processing will start on Tuesday.

 
Please note, after an order is placed and paid, it is sent to our warehouse for dispatch. Due to the involvement of a third-party service provider, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is on its way.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery times exclude customs processing delays. Signature on delivery and tracking services are subject to availability by country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If an order is returned due to address changes, unavailability for receipt, or other reasons beyond our control, we will refund the order value minus shipping costs and a $10 admin fee. Return shipping charges of $10 (domestic) and $30 (international) may apply. For re-shipment of orders, a $10 admin fee plus reshipping costs will be charged.
