Returns and Refunds Policy

Forests Finest is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for 30 days from the date you receive your product. If you're not fully satisfied, we invite you to return the product at your own expense.

Forests Finest will issue a complete refund for any product returned in its original condition within 14 days from the purchase date, excluding shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes, in line with Australian Consumer Protection laws.

For a return to be accepted, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift cards.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Should you decide to return your purchase, kindly inform us within 30 days with a valid reason for the return. If after contacting us you still wish to return your item, we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned item, using the original payment method. Please note, refund processing may take up to 7 business days. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of Forests Finest.

 

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please re-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@forestsfinest.com and send the item to our specified return address.

 

 

Gifts:

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

 

Return Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to our specified return address.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
